My stay at Willow Bend Motel was delightful! The room was recently renovated, clean, and comfortable, providing a surprisingly luxurious feel. I particularly enjoyed the electric fireplace and well-appointed seating area. The staff's warmth made my experience even more enjoyable.

Breakfast was basic.

Enjoyed a comfortable 2-night stay while exploring the local attractions, like the Little White Schoolhouse Museum just a short walk away. The early check-in was a lifesaver after a long drive, and I appreciated being able to park right outside my Queen Room. The room was quiet and surprisingly clean, which made for a restful retreat. I found the proximity to Victoria Park and other local sites convenient for sightseeing, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything Truro has to offer.

The friendly staff made check-in and check-out quick and effortless. Enjoying a delightful continental breakfast with homemade pastries in a modern dining area was a highlight. However, the pool area had broken chairs, and the bathroom in my room had a musty smell. Additionally, the online photos seemed outdated, as the property showed signs of wear and tear, making it less inviting compared to my expectations. Location-wise, although there’s a Tim Hortons nearby, it's a bit distant from downtown attractions.

It was an ideal choice for a city escape in Truro with value for money. The outdoor pool was totally private, which was a nice surprise. Check in early if you can to enjoy some quiet time by the pool before exploring the area.

What a delightful surprise! The room I stayed in was impeccably clean, modernly decorated, and had super cozy beds that almost made me forget I was in a motel. Plus, the breakfast spread was extensive, with everything from pastries to boiled eggs, perfect for a power start to my day!

Couple's retreat worth the splurge

We had a cozy King room that felt like a warm embrace , with an electric fireplace and nice swivel chairs to sink into after a long drive. The staff was amazing , friendly and genuinely made us feel special during our stay.

It was a bit on the pricier side , but I think it was worth it.

Wi-fi was weak. Enjoyed the spacious room with a flat-screen TV and free parking.

Exceptional Experience at a Boutique Hotel

I had a fantastic one-night stay in the family suite, which was exceptionally stylish with a comfy leather couch and a full kitchenette, perfect for any longer visits. The friendly staff made checking in a breeze and were eager to help with any questions I had. The breakfast room was bright and welcoming, and the food was a delightful start to my day. One thing to improve would be the soundproofing, as I could hear a bit too much from neighboring rooms.
